SWEET PURPLE YAM (Winter Healing Guide)
Ingredients:
2–3 purple yams
3 tbsp maple syrup Juice of 1 lime Coconut yogurt Cilantro
Instructions:
Drizzle maple syrup and roast whole yams at 400°F (205°C) for 45–60 minutes until soft. Split open, drizzle with fresh lime juice, a spoon of coconut yogurt, cilantro and serve warm.
